I can't get the full game on mac . I tried the mac beta on steam but still I couldn't start a new game when will mac be supported

This game has come to really big updates, since  the time I last checked it. The research part is completly new and from videos on Youtube it looks really great! I am buying the steam version as fast as possible!

Its very fine game

i love so much taht game is sooooo cool good continuation

Ciao... Amo i gestionali!!

It's a brilliant game, all the better for not having to endlessly worry about money. Enough of that real life. But other games in the genre allow you to walk/drive the streets/ride the ride. To be able to experience the slope would be a major appeal. I wonder if there are plans to expand to more than one square?

Bonjour,

Bonne continuation

Hi,

I really like the concept. Coincidentally, when I came back from my skiing vacation in february, I thought that this is the game that I have to make because no one else does.

Keep up the good work. I think many improvements are obvious, but in case you can still get anything out of this:

- Performance is an issue. I ran this on a laptop and it was super slow and stuttery even before I started my resort.

- Information provided are a nice start, but could be better. It is not clear how to get stars. Also I'd be cool if you list thoughts for skiers that used a run recently. (It is annoying to find skiers that used a certain run and then it is difficult to click them.)

- I think lifts should be placed pillar by pillar with a limited amount of changing direction in between. Also middle stations would be super awesome.

- Definitely needs restaurants and party places, and possibly toilets as well.

- Maybe you want to introduce seasons with building only enabled in summer and run work also enabled in winter. Not sure if this is actually a good idea.

- Also not sure if I'd like to see an economy system with money. I think the current system with the volunteers is quite good. Tycoon games with money never really work well. Players always make money redundant through a minimal profitable systems + fast forward. Money only works if you couple it with timed objectives those are out of favor for a long time.

I really like the game so far, looking forward to a more polished version!

Hi, thanks for making this awesome game, I like the concept very much!

But...

I have some problem with FPS. I have Intel HD 5500 and on 1280x720 it runs only (I think) on 5-10 FPS. CS:GO runs on low details on 20-25 FPS. So you can maybe add  to the game some detail quality and shader settings.

Also few tips that you can add..

Middle stations of gondolas. Player will be able to make middle station of gondala where can skiers go down or up and then the total lenght of gondala can be longer.

Restaurants and Hotels. Hotels sorted by quality’s (1-star, 2-star, ...)

Snow cannons. Snow will be somewhere melting due to temperature (need to add temperature mechanics) and player will have to place there snow cannons and connect it to snow storage.

High poly models. When the game will not be in alpha you can add high poly models. It just feels more realistic with it.

Money system. Running cost, building cost, staff wages, lift tickets, ...

I am in favor of the concept, but I find the current version not enjoyable to play due to the difficulty in getting trails to properly connect. I've engaged with the game 3 times and quit playing after 20 minutes, as the trail building widget is . . simply put . . terrible. It seems I have a 50/50 chance that trails built correctly actually link up. Frustrated to say the least. I hope additional versions improve upon this.

I have 7-year old who on occasion gets to try some Cities:SL, SimCity and Banished. He loves alpine skiing (and snow groomers of course) and is always talking about next season. Suddenly he asked me if there was a game where you could build ski lifts, pistes and create the actual slopes (mountains). Well, I found Winter resort simulator and this game (didn't even know the genre existed). WRS was too much (even for me) but this game fits him like a glove. Since I found it a couple of weeks ago (I think his head would explode ;) it's all he wants to play and he's started nagging about playing on the computer every day now.

Anyway, since the demo is very "limited", and he kept asking "why can't I do this or that" I explained to him about public betas, testing and feedback, so naturally I had to promise to send his "wish-list" to the developers. =)

(PS. I understand that not everything is doable or even falls within the scope of this game but I promised to send his complete list so here goes, all equally wished for)

Allow lifts, that can, to cross each other (like in real life).

Animate the groomers driving from their garage to the slope and driving up and down it grooming.

Animate the mechanics in similar fashion as above.

Different garage (sizes) for groomers (e.g with room for 1, 2, 3 groomers).

"Transportation (surface) lifts" that skiers can use to go from one piste area to another (allow bi-directional usage of the lift).

Pistes for flat skiing (I had to explain to him about crazy people who ski on flat land or uphill since some Swedish resorts have pistes for cross-country).

Also allow surface lifts be built over terrain with raises/dips in the middle (as is possible now for the other two types).

Same as above but for slopes, ie allow small raises in the middle of slopes.

Allow terrain editing (raise/lower land, add/remove trees).

"Bumpy slopes" (he means mogul pistes).

Adding "jumps to pistes" (aka. ski park elements like jumps, rails etc).

More maps for playing...oh, and not least, generating a piste map of course

Seeing the lift workers.

That's all..for now. We're looking forward to the real release of the game..keep up the good work.

“Same as above but for slopes, ie allow small raises in the middle of slopes.”

I will like that also
